Play a song. Press the arrow keys in time to match the music.
Don't let your "OK" bar get too low or too high.
Press R to restart.
I'm so sorry I didn't use real MCR music copyright things scare me I used some random track of mine from 5 years ago cause that's close enough to emo imo
